Health beyond borders

A fast track in the health system

By providing a well structured report containing his most relevant health information, the patient has better chances of a faster and more precise diagnose

Health information is incremental

Time is of the essence

1.Collect data (Anamnese)

During screening, a nurse will try obtain as much information from the patient's health history that will help on diagnosis, take measures such as weight, temperature, blood pressure,..., andthe reasons which made the patient / responsible look for care. Once info is collected, the triage will be done: how urgent is the case, order new exams, and decide which specialization is needed.

2. Analyze

The doctor will analyse the information collected, make additional questions, evaluate the physical conditions and make a diagnose of the condition.

3.Provide treatment

Once the diagnose has been done, the doctor will decide what is the course of actions to have the patient recovered. When prescribing new medication, it is important to make sure it will not collide with the prescriptions the patient is taking, and that the patient has physical conditions to receive the treatment.
